The Tied Hands are to mark the completion of their 480-day tour of the World Wide Web (17th of May 2024 and the 8th of September 2025) on the 14th of November 2025, at the Delia Derbyshire Building in Coventry, England.
This marking will begin with Bill Drummond fly posting posters at far flung quarters of the city of Coventry.
And...
STEWY completing his Public History of the Shangri-Las, also at somewhere in the city, as yet not known.
These actions will be followed by Bill Drummond making and serving soup in the Delia Derbyshire Building. This serving will be for the first one hundred people that turn up with the answer to a question that is yet to be asked.
As in...
The price of a bowl of soup is the willingness to answer a question asked by Bill Drummond there and then before he ladles the soup into the waiting bowl.
As yet...
Bill Drummond does not know what those questions are. But they might include ‘Where would you rather be?’ or even ‘Why don’t we do it in the road?’ or maybe ‘If you were to bomb one city in the world which one would it be?’
Anyway...
That evening after Cauldron has been emptied and the Ladle laid to rest and the Soup Bowls have been washed, and the one hundred questions have been asked and answered...
The Tied Toes will perform a performance as a tribute to The Tied Hands.
The Tied Toes being a tribute act of The Tied Hands. The Tied Toes will be led by a tribute version of Bill Drummond.
As yet it is not known what form this tribute performance will take...
But...
It is known that it will begin at 8pm in the Delia Derbyshire Building...
And...
It will last for no more than one hour...
And...
There will be no more than 40 members of The Tied Toes.
And...
Forty Tickets to become lifetime members of The Tied Toes will be made available in the coming days.
And...
All there will be no audience other than those forty members of The Tied Toes.
And...
EMOTIONS by The Tied Hands is to be the third of five scheduled Long Playing records released by Penkiln Burn Records.

EMOTIONS by The Tied Hands is to be released in an edition of 480. As in one copy for every day that The Tied Hands tour of the World Wide Web lasted (17th of May 2024 and the 8th of September 2025). Each of the 480 copies will be given their own handwritten date on the copy. None of the 480 copies will be signed by members of The Tied Hands those.
